SHIPPING POLICY — Spooky Star Baby

Processing Time
At Spooky Star Baby, every item is handmade with care, so we ask for a little patience — but we keep you informed every step of the way. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipping. Since each Baby Star Suit is handcrafted — including every design in our Halloween Star Collection (Pumpkin, Vampire, Ghost, Skeleton, Spider, and Witch) — processing may occasionally take a bit longer during high-demand periods, especially as Halloween approaches. We'll always notify you if there's a delay. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. Please note that during periods of high demand, delivery may take a little longer.

Halloween Collection: because of the seasonal nature of these designs, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before Halloween to allow for handmade processing plus shipping time.

Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Spooky Star Baby.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at almitarios12@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
